How do I get access to the Treehouse?
All 2026 Season Ticket Holders will be able to access the Members Only Treehouse! This space is perfect to grab a drink, food, and watch the game in the famous Treehouse bar and plaza.
Season Ticket Holders will also get access to a private gate located off the Bart Plaza
How much do tickets cost for Oakland Roots games?
We are proud to announce Season Tickets to all 17 regular season home games will remain at $275 or as low as $16 per game. This year we are expanding sections for our most affordable ticket to make sure every fan has the chance to watch the Roots all Season Long
Is auto-renewal an option going into 2026?
Yes! Those that enrolled into auto-renew in 2025 will automatically renew their same seats heading into 2026. Communication was sent on October 15th and any Season Ticket holders wishing to change their seats or opt out will have the ability to do so until November 7th, 2025.
Is seating reserved at the Coliseum?
Yes! Each ticket will come with an assigned seat, except in the Deep Roots and Garden section where seating is general admission on a first come, first served basis.
Where are supporters groups sections?
We have two support group sections at the Coliseum. The traditional supporter group section called “Deep Roots” is in the Northwest corner. Seating in this section is general admission on a first come, first served basis. This section permits banners, flags, and musical instruments. As anyone who’s been to a Roots game knows, this section is loud, fun and full of energy.
We also have a family-friendly supporter group section, called The Garden, located in the Southeast corner of the Coliseum. Seating in this section is general admission on a first come, first served basis. This section also permits banners, flags, and musical instruments, but restricts the use of profanity and has lower sound levels.
If I previously placed a deposit or have credit on file, will it go towards my 2026 membership?
Yes. Your deposit or credit will be deducted from the purchase price of your 2026 membership.
How is the stadium set up for Oakland Roots games?
In 2026, other than Season Ticket Members who have access to our private members only club in the Treehouse, fan seating will all be in the lower level of the stadium on the west side.
What premium Season Ticket options will be available at the Coliseum in 2026?
The Field Club
The Field Club is our all-inclusive club located on the field level next to the team benches of the Coliseum. Tickets in The Field Club will include parking as well as an assortment of beverages (including water, soft drinks, beer, & wine) and snacks.
Lounge
The Lounge provides living room-style seats along the South Endline. These are the comfiest seats in the house.
Perch
The Perch provides a table and chair combination for groups of two to four people with a view of the field along the west sideline. Priority access to these seats is reserved for season ticket members.
Theater Boxes
Theater Boxes are a great way to watch the game with friends. These open air suites are located off the main concourse and can hold 4, 6, or 12 guests at a time. Catering options are available.
What premium group seating options are available?
Field Seats
Field seats run along the east sideline are available for groups of 10 or more. Field Seats located at field level right next to the player benches. Options to add on catering are available.
Dugout
An exclusive group setting in the historic Coliseum dugouts. Located at field level, this unique space accommodates 25-50 guests with the option to add food and beverage service.
SINGLE TICKET BUYER EXPERIENCES
Exclusive and Elevated.
The Club is our all-inclusive club on the second level of the Coliseum. Tickets in The Club include parking, food, and beverages, including water, soft drinks, beer, and wine, and a VIP entrance. Members of The Club can view the game from the Club, along the South Endline, or from their reserved seats in the center of the sideline on the second level. The Club has exclusive use of the second level of the Coliseum.
The Club provides members an opportunity to network with fellow business and community leaders in Oakland and the East Bay. The Club is also available for corporate group experiences.

Be as close to the action as possible with our Field Boxes, offering unparalleled proximity to the pitch, and a semi-private space to enjoy the game with friends, family, or colleagues. Field Side Boxes include festival tent coverage for shade and shelter, field side seats along the east sideline, one parking pass per four guests, and optional in-box catering with food and beverage for purchase.
Premium Comfort, Elevated Views.
Experience the match from the best seats in the house with our private suites, offering unparalleled views, exclusive amenities, and a perfect space for entertaining guests. Enjoy the game in style, with dedicated service and the ultimate VIP experience. Suites can accommodate 12, 16, or 18 guests. Season-long suite members will get the first opportunity to select their suite location. Suites come with one complimentary parking pass per four guests and optional in-suite catering with food and beverage for purchase.
